Booking your holiday villa:
Villas in Kefalonia aim to ensure the selection and booking process for your luxury villa holiday
to the Pylaros Valley is clear and as straightforward as possible. Please note: we do not operate with a specific change-over day in order that you are free to choose the holiday dates most convenient to you and your
party.
Please contact us, prior to booking your flights to check your selected property is available for the dates you require. We will respond, usually within 24 hours, to confirm availability and price.
Upon receipt of your verbal commitment we will reserve your chosen property for up to 48 hours to allow you to book your flights, complete the Booking Form which we will email to you and pay the deposit. The Booking Form will clearly list the total payable, the deposit and the balance. If you have any special requests please advise us at the time of booking.
The villa accommodation is reserved exclusively for the people named on the Booking Form and no other persons whatsoever are permitted to stay in the property unless this has been agreed with us in writing prior to your holiday.
A non-refundable deposit of between 15% and 20%, depending upon your chosen property, is required at the time of booking and is payable in GBP Sterling.
Once the deposit has been paid we will send you via email a confirmation of your booking request and availability whilst awaiting the return of your completed Booking Form, if you are sending it by regular post rather than emailing it back to us. Once your completed Booking Form is received we will contact you again to confirm your reservation.
Guests
will
be advised at the time of booking the method by which the balance must be paid. In most cases the balance must be paid in cash, in Euros, directly to the villa owner on the day of arrival at the chosen accommodation. However, for certain villas the balance is payable by cheque within 8 weeks of the commencement date of the booking and must be sent to the address of the owner of the villa. The Company will provide the client with the address of where to send the cheque within 7-14 days of the due date
of the balance payment. In this case, if the balance is not paid within 7 days of it being due, then the Company reserve the right to cancel the villa booking without any refund.
It is vital that you arrange comprehensive travel insurance prior to your holiday. No liability will be accepted by Villas in Kefalonia for any clients travelling without adequate travel insurance. Please read your policy details carefully as it is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance cover you purchase is adequate for your needs, including any activities you intend to undertake.
Passports, Visa and Health Requirements: Please check with the relevant Consulate or Embassy for up-to-date information in plenty of time prior to your holiday. Villas in Kefalonia are unable to accept any liability if you fail to carry the correct passport, visa or any other documentation that may be required and which may impede your entry onto a flight or into Kefalonia.
Force Majeure: Villas in Kefalonia cannot be held responsible for unusual and unforseeable circumstances beyond their control, the consequences of which are unavoidable, including but not limited to war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, flood, adverse weather conditions or the threat of any of these.
Data Protection The personally identifiable information (data) you supply is used by Villas in Kefalonia to provide you with our advertised services. Your data is not given to any parties unconnected with this function.
